નોકરી દરમ્યાન ખ્યાલ નહિ આવે પણ બાહર બીજે બધેજ ખૂબ એક્ષ્પ્લોઇટેશન છે.... ક્યાક આપણા તબિબોની હોશિયારિ નહિ ..................................પણ હોતી હૈ ચલતી હૈ નિતિ પ્રશ્નો સર્જે છે... જે મેનેજમેંટે આ ત્રણ ધ્રુવમા બધોજ વહિવટ અને સાથે સાથે પૈસો ...પણ ઇંસ્યોરંસ્ કાયદાકિય નોધો જરુરિ સ્ટાફ પત્રકારો સતત પરિવર્તન શિલ મેડિકલ સાયંસ અને માર્કેટ મા ટકી શકવાની સુજ્. ડોક્ટરની માત્ર હોશિયારી અને દર્દીની સાથે થયેલા ડિલ મુજબ જે ચાલતી હતી તે HISTORY !!!
વીમા, દવા વળતર, દાવાઓ ટ્રીટ્મેંટ અંગે અસંતોષ અને તેને કાયદાકિય કોટ પહેરાવી સમાજમા વધુ વ્યાપક થતો જવો.... સાથે સાથે માત્ર ક્લિનિકલ ડોક્ટર ને જ સમાજ પ્રતિશ્ઠા !!!! આર એમ ઓ કે સી એમ ઓ કે ગામડા કોમુનિટિ વર્ક કરતા સ્ટાફ મા ગુણવત્તાનો અભાવ !! કે દુર્લક્ષ કે શંકા !!!
સર્વિસ સેક્ટર નો ડોક્ટર સામાજિક પ્રાયોરિટીથી દૂર રાખી... આપણાજ સાહેબો ગુરુઓ એ આ ભૂલ કરી નાખી....
ફોર્મ મા મારી સહિ શુ કામ ? દરદી ને સરટી મલે એટેન્ડ્ંટ ને શુ કામ ? શે નુ એસેંશિયલ? નો સબ્સ્તિત્યુત? "લાઇફ સેવિંગ" વળિ શુ? હુ જે લખુ તે બધુજ એસેંશિયલ હોય તોજ લખુ! " વાળો જાણીતો અણગમો એક આખિ MBA ની ફોજ બનાવિ ગયો.... જે એમએનસિ અને હવે તો સરકારમા પણ અને સમાજ શુ આખિ દુનિયાએ અપનાવી દિધી....નહિતર આ બધાની ઓફિસો કોઇ દિવસ જોઇ તી ? હોસ્પિટલ મા ???!!! સેનેટરિ ઇંસ્પેક્ટર અને અન્ય પેરામેડિક તરફ મેડિકલ વાળા સુગ સાથે તબિબિ કરતા રહ્યા... પરિણામએ આવ્યુ કે આયુર્વેદના આગળ વધી જાય તેની લ્હ્યાયમા અત્યારે આયુશના નામે યોગ્ હોમિઓપથી યુનાની સાથે આયુર્વેદે મહાગઠ બન્ધન સમાજે કરી અપનાવાઇ પણ ગયુ !!!!!!......... અને એમાય આયુર્વેદિક અમુક દવાઓ ઉપર તો આપણો વિશ્વાસ એલોપથી કરતાય વધુ છે...બાબા રામદેવથી તો બધીજ એઁમએનસી Marketing ફફડે છે........ કોમર્સ ગ્રેજુએટ એમબીએ મેડીકલ કરી આપણાથી દોઢ ગણૉ પગાર અને મહત્વ વધારતા ગયા જેમા પસ્ચિમ ની મેડિકલ નિતિ નિ એકાઉંટેબિલિતટી વાતો લિગલ ઇસ્સ્યુસ અને જુના વડીલ ડૉક્ટર મિત્રો નો સુપિરિયારિ કોમ્પ્લેક્ષ અને રીસર્ચના ડોક્ટર તરફ પણ નોકરિયાત વાલીજ્ નફરત
નડતી ગઇ !!!! ...
."....... એને કશુ આવડ્તુ નથી એટલેજ કોલેજ મા પડ્યો રહ્યો છે... પ્રાઇવેટ કરે તો ફા ફા પડી જાય્.."
પ્રોફેશનલ સફળતા અને પૈસાની સફળતાનો ભેદ પારખી ન શકાયો.

કાળક્રમે સર્વીસ વિકાસ(!) પામતી ગઇ અને અલ્યા આટલુ બધુ મળે છે !!! .... પરિસ્થિતિ પણ આવી....
ડોક્ટર અને પેશંટ વચ્ચે ફક્ત સગા-વહાલા જુના દર્દી અને રેપુટેસન હ્તુ... હવે મેનેજમેંટ છે.... વધુ કમાતો અને ઓછી જવાબદારી છ્તાય એકાઉંટેબિલિટિનો પોટ્લો આસાનીથી સિસ્ટમ ડેવલપ કરી જેમ IAS ICS ની જેમ બધો વહીવટ
લિગલૢ રીસર્ચ ડેવલપિંગ પ્રોફેશનના પ્રશ્નો આ ક્ષેત્રમા ડોક્ટરને આગળ નાખી ધીમે ધીમે રિસર્ચ્ ડેવલપ્મેંટ વ્યાપક સેવા ઇંસ્યોરંસ અને વહિવટ પર મલાઇ તારવી લઇ ને ડોક્ટર તો સેવા કરે... ગામડામા જાય્.. પૈસા વળતર વળી શુ.... આમ થોડાક લોકો ની બેકાળજી ને મોહરુ બનાવી લિગલ રાજકિય સામાજિક media પરિબળો અને આંતરીક ધન્ધાકિય ઇરષા એક સીધા સાદા તબિબને સમાજના હાસિયા મા ખસેડતી ગઇ.....
હવે હુ નિવૃત પણ છુ .. આથીજ હવે કઇક કરવાનો જોશ્ હજી જોષીના ફોર્મમા ટકી રહ્યો છે.... નેચરલ કોમ્પ્લિકેશનનો લાભ આ સૌએ ડૉક્ટરના ભોગે લીધો......
હવે NABH ના 10 criteria છે... બાદ ઉમેરા થતા રહે છે !!!!!! મેનેજમેંટ ની જરુરિયાત મુજબ :-) This really shows what a big trouble still lies a head....!!!
